We recently had a directors retreat with Business By Design in Coffs Harbour . . . Wow! Sean showed us a very different perspective on our business, he didn’t hold back on asking the tough questions and he had us questioning why (a lot). It was the best investment we have made in our business. Having a fresh set of eyes and some reassurance that we are on the right track was just what we needed. Plus, the kick in the pants has seen things in place in one day that will have long term impacts on the continued success of our business.
