When I reached out I was primarily looking for advice regarding management of my agricultural assets and that advice was very valuable, but quite quickly you also helped me identify opportunities within my legal practice as well.

After facilitating a staff development day with the team you were able to help us identify some key bottlenecks and pathways to optimising the practice and the services we provide.

Since then I have been “unshackled” from the day to day operations of the business and can truly lead the team. We now have a Practice Manager in place, as you recommended, and we have significantly improved communication across teams and functions within the business
