I have just returned from a family holiday to FNQ and I feel great, it was the most relaxing break we have had since starting our business. Last year we went on the same vacation, just after we engaged Business By Design and my holiday rating was 3/10. I was anxious the whole time about work and was interrupted multiple times a day by staff needing help and I came back to a massive backlog that took us weeks to fully sort out.

The team at Business By Design guaranteed things would get better and they have helped me immensely. I have systems and procedures in place, my team is empowered and take more responsibility. This has freed my time to focus on business strategy, marketing & sales. The results are fantastic and this year my FNQ holiday was completely different and I rate it 8/10.

I only spent a couple of hours on one day on work over the 2 weeks, I felt completely relaxed the whole-time knowing things were fine at work and on returning home had just 3-4 hours of admin backlog to resolve. Thanks to Business By Design my business operates so much better now and I look forward my next holiday being 9/10.
