We engaged the services of Business By Design to assist our business during a significant growth phase. JTMEC operates across most states in Australia and teams do significant travelling, which is a challenge when managing people. When we started coaching, I didn’t realise we had such a big communication problem. It was not long before Sean ripped off a band aid and broke down the barriers within our business.  We got traction straight away with Sean’s meeting facilitation and the processes used were great at getting everyone on the same page. This was the biggest win for JTMEC. Also having Sean’s insights and problem solving helped me to tackling some challenges that I couldn’t have done without him. Overall Business By Design has been great for JTMEC and our team.
